What is the typical shipping lead time for 3D printers?

Orders for in-stock 3D printers and laser engravers are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to our local warehouses in the US, EU, or AU.

Do ELEGOO products come with a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on the entire machine (excluding consumables like FEP film and LCD screens, which have a 3-6 month warranty) and lifetime technical support.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If the product is not defective and has been opened, a restocking fee may apply. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Where can I download the latest firmware and slicing software?

You can find all necessary firmware updates, software drivers, and recommended versions of CHITUBOX or VoxelDance Tango on the 'Support' section of our official website.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. For certain regions, we also offer installment plans through Klarna or Affirm.
